默讀：

專家認為，做閱讀理解不應(yīng)該是讀，而應(yīng)該是看。默讀有利于發(fā)展閱讀者的內(nèi)部語言，有利于強化理解，有利于提高閱讀速度。測試表明，我們朗讀時，一分鐘能念125個字就已很不錯了，而默讀時，每分鐘可讀150個字以上，有人閱讀小說時甚至可達每分鐘600字。

默讀時一定要做到如下三點：①全神貫注。這是有效閱讀最需要的心理素質(zhì)。②積極思維。默讀有利于思維活動的開展，有利于深層理解。③減少回視。回視率高不僅限制了速度，也會對內(nèi)容的理解產(chǎn)生支離破碎的影響。

培養(yǎng)默讀習(xí)慣最好的方法是擴大視幅快讀，讓你的嘴跟不上你的閱讀速度；我們也可用手指壓在嘴上或按住喉部，這樣就會逐漸改掉嘴唇抖動的壞習(xí)慣。

Every person leaves a footprint. That’s what I learnt when I started to work as a private investigator 10 years ago. People pay restaurant bills with their bank card, check into hotels or travel around. In every case, they leave a trace. And because of this, I’m able to track them down even when they don’t want to be found.

The first thing I do when I want to find out where someone is staying is to go to the neighbourhood where he used to live. It’s human nature to tell stories - which is why neighbours will tell me all they know when I ring at their houses. Sometimes, someone even talks about his friend’s dishonesty. Then I produce a pattern of my subject’s life: if he likes to have a holiday in Spain or in Italy, if he prefers two- or three-star hotels and where he might hide his assets (資產(chǎn)).
