　　如果，我真當(dāng)上了一名老師，我會做一個獎罰分明的好老師，有同學(xué)進(jìn)步了，我會表揚他并獎勵他一些文具，讓他再接再勵。如果，有誰學(xué)習(xí)退步了，我會激勵讓他不要灰心。

　　如果，有一天，我真當(dāng)上了一名教師，我一定會像我說的那樣：做一個和學(xué)生打成一個打成一片的，成為學(xué)生的知心朋友，獎罰分名的好老師。
