　　I think healthy habits are very important for us.

　　All of us want to be healthy. First, we should get enough sleep during the night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health. Second, we must have the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. We should drink a lot of water. We should have healthy eating habits. Third, we should do more exercise to build up our bodies. Finally, we should wash hands before meals and brush our teeth twice a day. If we don’t feel well, we should go to see the doctor at once.

　　英語老師有一個眼罩，十分有趣。

　　三年級某日，交作業(yè)時，我看到了這副眼罩。當時，我嚇壞了，林老師睡覺時，怎么還睜著眼睛？難道也成張飛不成了？咦，皺紋也多了好多……仔細一看，才發(fā)現，老師戴了個眼罩，上面有海綿寶寶的頭像。那雙眼睛睜得又大又圓，天藍色，天真無邪，旁邊圍繞著許多皺紋，看上去凹凸不平，所以乍看上去老師仿佛“老”了許多。

　　突然，老師翻了個身，拿下眼罩，睡眼朦朧地問道：“力豪，你在干嗎？啊——”“沒……沒什么……”說完，我就嚇跑了，邊跑邊想著老師那可愛、搞怪的海綿寶寶眼罩。

　　后來午休，林老師來管理我們，她讓我們背單詞，自己竟戴上這眼罩躺在靠椅上呼呼大睡。有幾個調皮的'男孩就跳到靠椅旁，扭著屁股跳著舞。看到那個眼罩，還情不自禁地尖叫起來，將林老師驚醒了。“罰站！統統罰站！”林老師生氣地大喝一聲。哈哈，你要是覺得老師戴了眼罩，啥也看不到，就大錯特錯了。

　　He was glad to see that so many Chinese children like English, and we agreed to keep in touch with each other later on. How happy I am to have made a new friend!
